The Vundo Monster One eventful evening, my girlfriend's computer began slowing down. At first a mild frustration, but it continued to get worse and worse. Soon a little icon popped up in the taskbar shouting nonsensical errors at her. Then came the popups. Floods of popups. After some research and many anti-adware, anti-spyware and anti-virus programs later, we thought all was lost. This was until we discovered our little problem had a name... "The Vundo"...

Yet, the internet is jammed with web pages that are not built to valid internet standards, ultimately slowing the flow of data and hindering net development.
